أهم الأسباب الاجتماعية التي تؤدي إلى وقوع حالة الطلاق من وجهة نظر المطلقين والمطلقات في محافظة الكرك

Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم الأسباب الاجتماعية التي تؤدي إلى وقوع حالة الطلاق في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظر المطلقين والمطلقات في محافظة الكرك، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (48) مطلقاً ومطلقةً، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة القصدية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج كان من أهمها: 1. إن الجهل بالحياة الزوجية يؤدي إلى وقوع حالة الطلاق من وجهة نظر المطلقين والمطلقات في محافظة الكرك. 2. إن تدخل الأهل في شؤون الحياة الزوجية يؤدي إلى وقوع حالة الطلاق من وجهة نظر المطلقين والمطلقات في محافظة الكرك. 3. إن وجود الشك أو الغيرة بين الزوجين يؤدي إلى وقوع حالة الطلاق من وجهة نظر المطلقين والمطلقات في محافظة الكرك. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة العمل مع الزوجين حديثي العهد في الحياة الزوجية كل على حدة وتبصيرهم بدوافعهم، وكوامن عللهم ليتفهموا طبيعة مشكلتهم واكتساب القدرة على حل صراعاتهم المختلفة.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the most important social causes that lead to the occurrence of the event of divorce in Karak governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built for the purpose of data collection, and the study sample consisted of (48) divorced males and females, it has been selected purposefully. The study showed the following results:

1. There is a positive relationship between ignorance in married life and the occurrence of the event of divorce. 2. There is a statistically significant effect between parents' intervention in the affairs of the marital life with divorce cases. 3. There was a statistically significant impact between the presence of suspicion or jealousy between the spouses and divorce. The study recommends the need to work with the newly married couples in the marital life individually, and to understand their illness after self-contained manner of the problem and gain the ability to solve their different conflicts.
